Earn 20% recurring on every Flipbooker subscription you refer

Flipbooker turns PDFs into trackable flipbooks for sales and marketing teams. Send us the people who already ask you which tool to use, and take 20% of what they pay us, every month they stay.

The short version

How does the Flipbooker affiliate program work?

Anyone with a free Flipbooker account gets a referral link. If someone clicks it and starts a paid subscription within 90 days, you earn 20% of every payment they make for as long as that subscription runs. Commissions clear after a 30-day hold and go out by PayPal once your balance reaches $50.

Why promote a flipbook tool?

Sales and marketing people ask the same question over and over. They have a PDF, a proposal or a catalog or a pitch deck, and no idea who opened it or how far anyone read. If you write for that audience, run campaigns for them, or sit in their meetings, you already field that question. Flipbooker is a straight answer to it.

It is also the kind of product that sticks. A team publishes a flipbook, drops the tracked link into an outbound sequence, and keeps the subscription because the numbers show up in their pipeline review. That matters to you, because the commission is recurring. A referral you made in March is still paying you in November.

Who does well in this program?

Four groups, roughly.

Creators covering sales and marketing tools

Newsletter writers, YouTube reviewers, and anyone publishing comparison posts about sales enablement software. Your audience already buys tools. A flipbook builder with reader-level analytics is an easy one to cover.

Agencies

You build the proposal, the brochure, the campaign microsite. Put the client on a Flipbooker subscription instead of handing over another flat PDF, and you get paid on it every time they renew rather than once.

Consultants and trainers

Sales enablement consultants, RevOps advisors, onboarding trainers. You recommend a stack for a living. If Flipbooker is in it, the referral link costs you nothing and pays for the life of the account.

Customers who already recommend us

Plenty of accounts send us signups already and get nothing back for it. Grab a link from the Affiliate page in the app and the next one counts.

How do you join?

Three steps. No application form, no separate partner login to remember.

  1. 1

    Create a free Flipbooker account

Every plan qualifies, the free one included. You do not have to be a paying customer to earn, and there is nothing to apply for.

  2. 2

    Copy your referral link

Open the Affiliate page in the app. Your link is there, ready to paste into a post, an email, or a client deck, anywhere you would have linked to us anyway.

  3. 3

    Get paid

The same page tracks clicks, signups and commissions. A workspace owner or admin adds the PayPal address and accepts the program terms. Monthly: once your approved balance in a currency reaches $50, we draft a payout.

What exactly do you earn?

These are the current program terms. Your Affiliate page in the app shows the same numbers, and every commission is calculated from them.

TermDetail
Commission rate20% of each subscription payment we collect from the customer you referred.
Commission typeRecurring. Every renewal earns, for as long as the subscription stays active. No month cap.
Attribution window90 days. The click has to be followed by a signup inside that period for the referral to count.
Approval hold30 days after each payment. That covers the refund window, and the commission is approved when it ends.
Minimum payout$50. Anything below the threshold carries into the next period instead of being lost.
Payout scheduleMonthly, once the period is closed and the approved commissions are totalled.
Payout methodPayPal. A workspace owner or admin adds the address on your Affiliate page before the first period closes.
CurrencyCommissions are tracked in the currency the customer paid in, and paid out per currency. The minimum applies to each one.
RefundsA refund reverses the commission. A partial refund recalculates it on the net amount, and an adjustment after a payout comes off the next one.

Self-referrals do not earn. If the signup is your own workspace or your own user account, the referral is recorded and flagged rather than paid.

How do you see what you have earned?

The Affiliate page in the app shows clicks on your link, signups that came from it, how many of those became paying customers, and your pending, approved and paid commissions. Referrals are listed with a date and a status, with the workspace masked. You can see that a referral converted without seeing the customer's details.

A commission sits in pending for 30 days after the payment, then moves to approved. Approved commissions are what a payout is drafted from when the period closes, which is why a first payout can take a few weeks to appear.

What are the rules?

Short list, and we do enforce it.

  • No self-referrals. Signing up your own workspace through your own link earns nothing.
  • No bidding on our brand. Do not buy search ads on Flipbooker or on close misspellings of it.
  • No coupon or deal sites. A page built to intercept a checkout with a discount code is not a referral.
  • No incentivised traffic. Cashback, paid-to-click, loyalty points, or anything that pays people to sign up.
  • No impersonation. Do not present yourself as Flipbooker, use our logo as your own, or register domains containing our name.
  • Disclose the relationship. Say the link is an affiliate link. It is the law in several markets and it costs you nothing in conversion.

Break these and the unpaid commissions on that traffic are withheld and the partner account is suspended. We will tell you which rule and why.

Common questions

Do I have to be a paying Flipbooker customer to be an affiliate?

No. A free account is enough. Every workspace gets a referral link, on every plan, and there is no separate partner portal to sign up for.

How long does the commission last?

For the life of the subscription. Every renewal payment earns 20%, with no cap on months and no drop after the first year. If the customer cancels, the commission stops with them.

What if someone clicks my link but signs up weeks later?

You still get credit, as long as the signup happens within 90 days of the click. Attribution is last click, so if they click a different affiliate's link after yours and then sign up, that one wins.

When do I get paid?

Monthly. Each payment's commission is held for 30 days and then approved. Once your approved balance in a currency reaches $50, it is drafted into a payout and sent to your PayPal address. Anything under the minimum carries forward.

What happens if a customer asks for a refund?

The commission reverses. A full refund cancels it, a partial refund recalculates it on the net amount. If it had already been paid out, the adjustment comes off your next payout rather than being invoiced back to you.

Can I refer my own company or my clients?

Your own workspace, no. That is a self-referral and it does not earn. Clients, yes, as long as the client creates the account themselves through your link. If you open it for them while signed in as yourself, it counts as a self-referral and earns nothing. Tell the client you are an affiliate.
